Shipping and delivery

Everything sold on dynamosthetic.com is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped, so there's no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery charge.

How your program reaches you

The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. That usually lands within a couple of minutes.

The link works for 24 hours and up to 3 downloads. Download the file and keep your own copy — once it's on your phone or laptop, it's yours to keep permanently.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first, since a first-time sender often lands there. If there's still nothing 10 minutes after paying, email contact@dynamosthetic.com from the address you paid with and your link gets re-sent by hand.

Same if your link expires before you managed to download it, or you've used all 3 downloads. That's not a refund situation and it isn't treated as one — email and it gets re-sent.

Wrong file, or a file that won't open

If something went wrong on our end, that's covered by the refund policy — the file gets replaced, or you get your money back.
